Deposits of $50 per person per day required when booking a trip. Groups of more than 3 persons will require $100 per person per day; I must secure the dates with extra guides. Remaining fee is due at the start of your scheduled trip. Deposits are refunded up to 60 days prior to your scheduled date(s). Emergencies will be handled on an individual basis. Last minute cancellations will be charged full fee. Receipt of a deposit means you accept these conditions and policy.
Complete lunches with soft drinks provided for all trips. Let me know if you have any diet restrictions, and I'll plan accordingly. Free courtesy pick-up and drop-off at lodging available. For two-day minimum trips, I can suggest a variety of accommodations, but we must plan well in advance to guarantee lodging.
HGS is permitted by the U.S.F.S for Gallatin National Forest, by the N.P.S. for Yellowstone National Park, and by the Montana Dept. of Fish, Wildlife & Parks for the Big Hole and Beaverhead rivers. Montana Outfitter license #210.
